Square Feet Home is our way of giving our smaller projects the space and attention they deserve. It’s our way of saying ‘we know what matters’.
You’ll have access to all of our skills, and all of our architectural expertise. You’ll also have access to our precious little black book of fellow experts. But when your budget is tight and your time is short, when this is your home and what you really want is to get all these decisions behind you, there’s something even more valuable. And that something is much harder to describe.
It’s a feeling of being in absolutely the right hands and of being gently shepherded along so that everything falls into place around you. For us, it’s about making the complex as simple as we can, stripping away the uncertainty, and making sure you’ve always got someone you can lean on – for the big decisions as well as the small ones. We’re there to make sure everything goes to plan, and because we know that every project has its glitches, we’re also there to get things back on track when they don’t.
The Square Feet Home team, led by Angela Kamiel with Daniel Leon as architect-in-residence, knows all too well that this isn’t about design for the sake of it, but about improving your spaces so that you can get on and live the best life you can. And because Angela didn’t go to architecture school, it’s a mercifully jargon-free zone.
We could say the focus is on project management, but we think it’s more nurturing and more personal than that. While we’re keeping your project on budget and on schedule, we’re anticipating the next decision that needs to be made, and then we’re right there beside you, helping you make it.
